You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or in writing by post).
The item must be returned to us in perfect condition and without any visible defects. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, as the item is a work of art.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the goods are damaged, altered or used in a manner beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning after receipt.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made and made-to-order products.
